Due to the nature of digital services, there will be no refunds, and all sales are considered final.

3rd Party Fees
Some Services may require the purchase of 3rd party services, for example, but not limited to, web hosting for a website. All 3rd party fees are paid by you. Before MC Digital Lab purchases a 3rd party fee, we will inform you of the nature of the fee and the cost, in written form, by email, and only after you agree to the purchase, we will proceed with the purchase. You will have to reimburse MC Digital Lab for the 3rd party fees in a timely manner, otherwise the Service is subject to Interruption of Service.

Unlimited Services
We defined unlimited services by “what is humanely feasible within the timeframe allocated for a full time employee to execute the tasks at a standard speed, within the legal working time of a standard workweek.” Our services are billed per month, per seat. A seat is a full time employee working for a full month, 37.5 hours a week, 4 weeks per month.

Interruptions of Service
MC Digital Lab reserves the right to curtail, suspend, interrupt and/or stop the Service by reason of non-payment of 3rd party fee, missed payment deadline of Service fee, emergency, and, by Force Majeure, including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, pandemic conditions, wars, acts of terrorism, as well as Acts of God such as earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, fires, and so on. In the eventuality of an Interruption of Service, MC Digital Lab will do everything it can to deliver the Service at a later time. MC Digital Lab will inform you within 72 hours of the Interruption of Service, and if the conditions permit, the remedy it plans to provide to ensure delivery of the Service.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
